Description
The Rioja Reserva of the Marques de Cáceres Company was born in the La Rioja area located in the northern part of Spain.
It is mainly produced with Tempranillo grapes and with Garnacha and Graciano grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature that varies from a minimum of 10 ° C to a maximum of 28 ° C for about 25 days, while malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently the wine ages in barrique with decanting that takes place every 6 months.
Rioja Reserva is characterized by a bright red color. The nose opens with an elegant and intense bouquet of berries, enriched with hints of chocolate, cinnamon and nutmeg. On the palate it is soft and round, giving an aftertaste of milk and coffee with a pleasantly warm finish.
Ideal to accompany cold cuts and cold cuts, it is excellent to serve with first courses, game recipes and red meats.
