Description

Hugo When Crianza is part of the The Big Question About Wine line with which the Spanish company Vinto entered the world wine market. This wine comes from vineyards located in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, in the heart of the autonomous region of Rioja.

It is produced with Tempranillo, Garnacha and Graciano grapes, carefully harvested during the month of October. The fermentation and maceration processes last for about 2 weeks, at a controlled temperature of 28 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages for 18 months in French and American oak barrels and then completes the aging in glass for a few months.

Vinto's Hugo When Crianza has a red color with garnet reflections. The nose opens with evident hints of cherry and ripe fruit, with spicy notes acquired by the long passage in the barrel. On the palate it is soft and elegant, with fruity notes and excellent persistence that make it a fascinating wine for balance and refinement.

Perfect with red meats, barbecued red meats and fresh cheeses, this Spanish red can be drunk immediately or left to age for a few years.
