Description
The Reserva of the Bodega Sonsierra was born in vineyards located on the hills of the Cantabrian Mountains.
It consists of 100% Tempranillo grapes, which are vinified in steel tanks with a 20-day maceration. The malolactic fermentation, on the other hand, takes place in concrete tanks. The wine then ages in wooden barrels for 12 months, followed by at least 24 months in the bottle.
The wine has a garnet red color in the glass. The nose offers balsamic and spicy notes, aromas of black fruits and roasting. The sip is round and silky, with a toasted and persistent finish.
It goes very well with roasts and mushroom dishes.
