Description
Ribolla Gialla Brut Le Contesse comes from vines located in north-western Friuli at an altitude of 120-150 meters above sea level, on pebbly soils.
After the harvest, the grapes undergo a soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature. The second fermentation takes place in an autoclave according to the canons of the Charmat method, with aging for a few months on the noble lees.
It has a limpid color lit by a brilliant straw yellow color, accompanied by a soft and abundant foam, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose releases hints of green apple and white flowers together with pleasant spicy memories. When tasted it is fresh and mineral, with good structure and complexity.
Perfect to accompany aperitifs, white meats and fish-based dishes and vegetarian cuisine.
