Description
Emilio Moro is a pure Tempranillo and expression of character and tradition from the historic Ribera del Duero production area.
The grapes from medium-aged vines are grown on clayey-calcareous soils. After careful harvesting, the grapes ferment in steel at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine ages in French and American oak barrels.
Intense ruby red in color, it has delicate and balanced aromas typical of the Tempranillo variety. The ripe red fruits are further perfected by the wood that gives vanilla, coffee and cedar well integrated with spicy notes of cardamom, balsamic aromas and a light toasting. With soft and elegant tannins, it presents great structure on the palate, revealing a pleasant acidity and a long finish.
Try it with roasts and stews, first courses based on savory sauces.
