Description

Legaris Roble is a 100% Tempranillo made with grapes produced between the municipalities of Curiel de Duero and San Martín de Rubiales belonging to the DO Ribera del Duero.

The grapes enjoy a continental climate that ensures high temperature changes during the growing season and allows the development of a complex aromatic range. After harvesting and fermentation at a controlled temperature with frequent pumping over, the wine ages for a few months in American oak barrels before bottling.

Of a beautiful intense ruby red, it delivers hints of red and black fruits in jam, balsamic and mentholated notes with some hints of toasting and graphite. Good entry on the palate with a balance of the acid part and smooth and appreciable tannins. Compound and satisfying wine, it has a medium-long finish.

Perfect to serve in combination with cured meats, suitable for stewed meats, first courses based on porcini mushrooms or stuffed vegetables cooked in the oven.
