Description

Tokyo Gomez-Rojo La Malpagada is a white wine from the regions of Soria and Burgos, in the Ribera del Duero, Castile and Leon. It is made from 100% Albillo Mayor grapes.

The winemaking process involves fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aging on its own yeasts for over 6 months in new 225-liter French oak barrels. 15% of the total ferments in barriques in contact with the skins, giving the wine greater complexity.

The wine presents itself with an attractive golden color, a reflection of its aging in barrels. On the nose, it offers a complex aromatic bouquet with notes of peach, bakery, brioche and honey. On the palate, it stands out for its creaminess and volume with a pleasant acidity that gives balance.

Tokyo Gomez-Rojo is ideal to pair with baked fish dishes or white meats.
