Description

PSI is a red wine produced in the Ribera del Duero region by Dominio de Pingus, using a blend of Tempranillo and Garnacha grapes. This wine represents the freshest and fruitiest interpretation of Peter Sisseck's most recent project, oriented towards a livelier and less concentrated expression than the winery's other labels.

The grapes come from vineyards cultivated by partner winemakers, with plants over 30 years old planted in pots on soils of different compositions. Maceration takes place in concrete tanks to preserve the aroma of the fruit, while the refinement takes place for 18 months in second-hand French oak barrels, to ensure a balance between freshness and complexity.

This wine presents itself to the palate with a juicy and lively texture, enriched by notes of red fruits such as strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, accompanied by delicate spicy nuances. It is a balanced wine, with soft tannins and a refreshing finish that invites another sip.

It pairs perfectly with red meat dishes, game, roasts, poultry and mature cheeses.
