Description

Aalto's Ribera del Duero PS is a red wine made from 100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) grapes, mainly from very old vineyards, between 60 and 90 years old, located in the selected plots of La Horra and La Aguilera. The harvest was done by hand, in small 15 kg boxes, with a rigorous selection bunch by bunch.

The wine is aged for 21 months in new French oak barrels. It has an intense purple color in the glass. The nose expresses complexity and elegance with aromas of black fruits and spicy nuances. In the mouth it is fresh, with soft and silky tannins that give it great intensity and volume.

Perfect to enjoy on its own or paired with roast meat dishes, game and mature cheeses.
