Description

Aalto's Ribera del Duero is a red wine produced from 100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) grapes mainly from very old vineyards, between 40 and 80 years old, located in nine different municipalities in the provinces of Burgos and Valladolid.

The harvest was done by hand, in small 15 kg boxes, with a rigorous selection bunch by bunch. The wine is aged for 17 months in French and American oak barrels.

It presents itself with an elegant purple color in the glass. On the nose it expresses the aromatic potential of the grape variety, with red fruits and notes of licorice. The aging in barrels gives spicy notes to the nose and a silky touch with good acidity in the mouth, inviting you to drink another glass.

Perfect to enjoy on its own or paired with roast meat dishes, game and mature cheeses.
