Description

Legaris Crianza is a blend of Tempranillo and, in a small percentage, Cabernet Sauvignon made with grapes produced between the municipalities of Curiel de Duero and San Martín de Rubiales belonging to the DO Ribera del Duero.

Thanks to a continental climate that in the vegetative phase ensures concentration of fruit and exploiting altitudes between 700 and 800 meters above sea level, the manual and mechanical harvesting ensures healthy grapes that ferment at a controlled temperature with frequent pumping over. The wine ages at least one year in oak barriques before being bottled.

Intense ruby red color with violet reflections, it has ripe red fruits on the nose with hints of currant and spicy notes. On the palate the intensity of the fruit reveals a full body, balanced by excellent acidity and with a well distributed tannic component. It is harmonious, enveloping and with a medium-long finish.

Wine for non-committed aperitifs, it can successfully accompany second courses based on stewed or grilled red meats.
