Ribeiro DO Amor de Bares 2022 Viña Costeira

The Viña Costeira Amor de Bares Blanco Ribeiro is a white wine produced with a blend of Teixadura, Torrontés, Albariño, Godello, Loureira and other varieties, grown in the various soils of the four Ribeiro valleys, predominantly granite-based. This wine reflects the richness of the region's terroir, with grapes hand-picked to ensure the highest quality.

Winemaking involves traditional fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperature. The different varieties are fermented separately and then assembled, obtaining a balanced and harmonious wine with the nuances of the different grapes from which it comes.

On the nose, the Viña Costeira Amor de Bares Blanco Ribeiro offers aromas of tropical fruit and fresh grass, with a medium-high intensity. On the palate, it is very balanced, tasty and fresh, forming a pleasant and harmonious whole.

This wine pairs perfectly with fish and seafood, crustaceans and molluscs, as well as traditional Galician cheeses.
