Description
Albariño from Pazo Señorans is a young white wine, produced in the renowned Rías Baixas, in the Val do Salnés, Spain. Made with 100% Albariño grapes, it comes from pergola-trained vineyards and hand-picked in plastic crates in September, ensuring the integrity of the bunches during the harvest.
The vinification takes place entirely in stainless steel with a short maceration of the skins in the press and a controlled alcoholic fermentation at 16°C. The wine matures on the lees for at least 5 months, followed by a minimum period of 4 months in the bottle before being released for sale, to enhance its freshness and aromatic complexity.
Bright straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, it has a high aromatic intensity and a marked varietal character of citrus and fruit. On the palate it is soft and free of harshness, with a well-defined volume that offers a full and balanced taste experience.
Perfect when paired with fish dishes, shellfish and grilled vegetables.
