Description

Tras Los Muros is a monovarietal white wine made from 100% Albariño grapes, produced by the Pazo Señorans winery in the Rías Baixas, Galicia. The grapes come exclusively from vineyards near the winery, hence the name "Tras los Muros".

After the manual harvest in crates, the vinification involves 6 months of aging in oak barrels, followed by a further 6 months in stainless steel tanks. After bottling, it rests for a further 15 months in the cellar, acquiring complexity and structure. Thanks to this long refinement process, this wine develops a perfect balance between acidity, freshness and body, with a great capacity for aging.

It stands out for its fresh and vibrant aromas of green apple, pear and delicate citrus hints. On the palate it is silky and refreshing, with light oak notes that give depth and a pleasant complexity.

This white wine is perfect to pair with white meats, seafood, white fish and risottos.
