Description

Rhum Vieux Agricole Cuvée 1765 of the Saint James distillery is made from fresh sugar cane juice from Martinique, a Caribbean island renowned for the production of the highest quality rum. Once distilled, this rum undergoes a long period of aging in small oak barrels.

Of an intense amber color, it opens to the nose with evident aromas of cooked apple, pear and dried figs, accompanied by hints of orange jam and dates. In the mouth it is complex and decisive, with hints of leather and tobacco that accompany a pleasantly clean and elegant finish.

Excellent to serve after a meal on an evening with friends.
