Description

Ritinis Nobile wine is produced by the Greek winery Gaia, founded in 1994 on the island of Santorini. In 1997 a second one was opened in Nemea, in the Peloponnese, located at an altitude of 550 meters above sea level, where this wine is also born.

The 100% Retsina grapes are vinified in thermo-regulated steel tanks and rest for a few weeks in the bottle before being placed on the market.

In the glass the wine appears straw yellow in color with greenish reflections. The nose reveals citrus and pine resin aromas, as well as hints of aromatic herbs. On the nose there are aromas reminiscent of pear, apple and melon, mango and citrus. The sip is fresh and refreshing, with a fairly persistent finish.

Excellent as an accompaniment to appetizers, light first courses and vegetarian dishes.
