Description

The Renosu Rosso di Dettori originates from the organic and biodynamic Badde Nigolosu vineyard, located in the Sassari municipality of Sennori.

It is made from Cannonau, Monica and Pascale grapes, which are harvested entirely by hand. The must ferments spontaneously, with maceration in contact with the skins, in cement for 3-10 days. The wine ages for 24-36 months in small concrete vats and then in the bottle, before being placed on the market.

The Renosu Rosso by Dettori is characterized by an intense ruby red color. It has pleasant fruity aromas on the nose that blend perfectly with spicy notes. On the palate it is full and sweet, pleasantly mineral and spicy.

Recommended in combination with roasted red meats, it goes very well with grilled meats.
