Description
The Renosu Bianco di Dettori originates from the biodynamic Badde Nigolosu vineyard of about 5 hectares, located in the Sassari municipality of Sennori.
It is made from Vermentino and Moscato grapes, which are harvested entirely by hand. Fermentation occurs spontaneously in concrete and steel vats, without the addition of yeasts or other additives and adjuvants. The wine is neither filtered nor clarified. The wine ages in concrete and steel tanks before being bottled.
The Renosu Bianco di Dettori is characterized by a golden yellow color. It has pleasant fruity aromas of apricot and dried fruit on the nose that blend perfectly with notes of aromatic and brackish herbs. On the palate it is soft, pleasantly mineral and with a long savory finish.
Recommended in combination with penne alla corsara, hot fish appetizers, fish carpaccio, even smoked.
