Description

Pulivi-Montrachet by Olivier Leflaive comes from vineyards located in the Côte de Beaune wine area, in Burgundy, renowned for the production of Chardonnay grapes.

It is produced entirely with Chardonnay grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 16 months in partially new oak barrels before being bottled.

This Puligny-Montrachet has an intense straw yellow color. The nose opens with evident hints of citrus, enriched with mineral notes and toasted almond. In the mouth it brings a good tonicity that accompanies towards an elegant and persistent finish.

Perfect to accompany poultry and mushrooms, it is ideal in combination with goat cheeses, crustaceans, fries and grilled fish.
