Description

From one of the great territories of Burgundy - that of Puligny-Montrachet - this French white with an innate elegance and nobility of character.

It originates from 100% Chardonnay grapes, as per Burgundian style, from 7 different vineyard parcels, some of which can boast ages of over 50 years. The wine ages for 12 months in wood and a further 6 months in bottle.

Straw yellow, embellished with golden reflections. The nose shows the fruity trace of peach and citrus, with the subtle thread of a delicate and very pleasant floral. In the mouth it is taut, sapid, very fine in its gustatory connotations that still recall broom and yellow fruit.

To be combined with a shellfish soup.
