Description
Chardonnay Talò originates from the vineyards of the Salento peninsula, located 100 meters above sea level, in an area characterized by a favorably dry microclimate.
The grape harvest takes place during the second decade of August. After a short maceration in contact with the grapes, fermentation takes place in steel at 15 ° C for 13-15 days. Aging for 4 months in French oak barrels follows.
Straw yellow colored wine, it exudes pleasant floral scents with white petal enriched by notes of vanilla and tropical fruits. In the mouth it is fresh and elegant, pleasantly mineral.
Excellent with appetizers and fish-based first courses, it goes well with fresh soft cheeses.
