Description

The Dieci.Nove.Dieci Primitivo by Losito and Guarini is a red wine produced in the heart of Puglia, in the provinces of Taranto and Brindisi, from pure Primitivo grapes. This wine is born on medium-textured soils, where the vines are trained in espalier.

The harvest is done mechanically, ensuring an accurate selection of the grapes. After harvesting, the grapes are pressed and destemmed, with a fermentation at a controlled temperature of 25°C and maceration on the skins to extract the best color and aromas. The wine ages in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, then it is bottled by sterile cold filtration.

It has an intense ruby red color. On the nose it stands out for its intense aromas of Mediterranean herbs, with a spicy finish reminiscent of dill. On the palate it is balanced and persistent, with evident herbaceous notes that characterize its personality.

Perfect with roast red meats, mixed grills, first courses with meat sauces, medium-aged cheeses and legume soups.
