Description

Puglia Minutolo di Polvanera was born in vineyards located in Gioia del Colle, in the Marchesana area.

It is produced exclusively with Minutolo grapes, harvested only by hand. The grapes undergo a soft pressing and then ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14 ° C for 25 days.

This white wine is characterized by a straw yellow color, with greenish reflections. The nose opens with intense aromas of bergamot, banana and nectarine, enriched with pleasant notes of chamomile and hawthorn. On the palate it is delicately aromatic and pleasantly savory, with a persistent finish and excellent correspondence.

Perfect for accompanying first courses and risotto, it is ideal in combination with fish, shellfish and shellfish dishes.
