Description
Puglia Aleatico Vinaccero of the Coppi company was born in vineyards located in the Bari area of Conversano, in Puglia.
It is produced with pure Aleatico grapes, harvested and selected manually in the second half of September, after a slight drying on the plant. Fermentation takes place, with maceration in contact with the skins, in steel at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 18 months in the same containers and for another 2 years in the bottle, before being placed on the market.
Vinaccero di Coppi is characterized by a beautiful garnet red, with shades of aubergine violet. The nose opens with elegant hints of berries and ripe red pulp fruit. In the mouth it is warm and soft, with a good balance and good flavor which accompany towards a fruity and persistent finish.
Perfect to accompany fish dishes, cereal and mushroom soups, it is ideal in combination with desserts such as strudel and fruit tarts.
