Description

The Verdeca di Angiuli Donato white wine belongs to the Maccone line and comes from the vineyards located in the municipality of Locorotondo, in the province of Bari.

This white wine is made exclusively from Verdeca grapes, harvested by hand at the end of September. After the cryomaceration of the grapes for 48 hours, the crushing and destemming takes place, followed by fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine then ages in steel and enters the market one month after bottling.

Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, the nose recalls the aromas of white flowers, orange and honey. The taste is fresh and with a good structure.

Excellent as an aperitif, it also goes well with light appetizers, seafood and vegetarian cuisine.
