Description
Nero di Troia Mancinello di Tagaro comes from the warm and sunny lands of Salento, the land of origin of the most important Apulian wines.
Obtained from pure Nero di Troia grapes, it is the result of an alcoholic fermentation carried out at a controlled temperature of 24-26°C.
A ruby red wine, it expresses itself on the nose with elegant aromas of red fruit, supported by spicy hints and earthy notes. On the palate it is soft and easy to drink, with tannins well integrated into the flavor texture.
It's perfect to serve with a charcuterie board. It goes well with red meats in general.
