Description
The Negroamaro di PietraPura was born from the fruitful collaboration between the Tuscan company Rocca delle Macie and the Apulian company Terre di Sava, in Salento.
The wine is produced exclusively with Negroamaro grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After maceration at a controlled temperature, the must is pressed at the end of fermentation. After a period of refinement that lasts a few months, it is finally bottled.
The Negroamaro of Pietra Pura presents itself to the eye with an intense purple red color. The nose offers a persistent scent of black currant, enriched with spicy notes of thyme and aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is enveloping, full-bodied and with an excellent flavor. In the aftertaste it is persistent and pleasant.
It goes perfectly with first courses. It is also ideal pairing with red meats and aged cheeses.
