Description

The Negroamaro 'Nterra by PietraPura is obtained from selected grapes in the heart of Salento, a region dedicated to viticulture for centuries. The name represents the authentic expression of this indigenous grape variety, which embodies the tradition and unique character of the territory. The wine is made through careful processing that enhances its typicity and balance.

The grapes are vinified with controlled-temperature maceration, followed by a gentle pressing of the must at the end of fermentation. After a maturation period of several months, the wine is bottled to preserve its freshness and aromatic richness. This process results in a harmonious and well-structured wine.

Visually, it presents an intense purplish-red color with black-violet reflections. The aroma is enveloping and persistent, with notes of blackcurrant and berries, enriched by a slight spiciness of thyme and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it stands out for its good body, pleasant savoriness, and smoothness that leads to a long and persistent finish.

It pairs perfectly with first courses, meats, and hard cheeses.
