Description
Puglia Bruno dei Vespa was born in vineyards located in the Tarantino municipality of Manduria, in Puglia.
It is produced exclusively with a blend of native Apulian grape varieties, handpicked and selected in the first half of September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with maceration on the skins, for 10 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages in French oak barrels for 4 months, before being bottled.
It has a ruby red color. The nose opens with a large and intense floral bouquet, enriched with notes of morello cherry and cherry. On the palate it is fresh and velvety, with an excellent balance that accompanies towards a harmonious and persistent finish.
This red wine is ideal in combination with white meat dishes. Perfect with cold cuts and fresh cheeses.
