Description

Paolo Leo's Battigia white wine is born in vineyards located in the province of Brindisi.

It consists exclusively of Chardonnay grapes, which are destemmed. This is followed by pressing and a short cold maceration, followed by soft pressing and clarification. Fermentation takes place in steel vats, followed by refinement for 4 months in the same containers.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with a bouquet of peach, mango and pineapple. On the palate it is fresh and soft, with good persistence.

Perfect to accompany both fish cuisine and white meats, cold cuts and cured meats.
