Description
The white wine L'Uetta di Masca del Tacco is a 100% Fiano produced in Puglia from vines that grow on flat land rich in iron.
After the harvest, the grapes are subjected to cryomaceration, followed by soft pressing and static decantation. Fermentation is slow and takes place at low temperatures, with final aging on the yeasts in steel vats.
In the glass the wine appears a pale yellow with greenish reflections. The nose reveals itself with aromas of white flowers, melon, citrus and salty hints. On the palate it is fresh and savory, with a slightly almond finish.
This white wine is suitable as an aperitif and goes well with seafood risotto, shellfish, chicken salad and fresh cheeses.
