Description
The Costa del Nero Pinot Noir of Conte Vistarino was born on the top of a hill dedicated and dedicated to the viticulture of black berried grapes, located in the municipality of Rocca de 'Giorgi, in the province of Pavia.
It is produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes, harvested only by hand. Fermentation takes place in steel containers at controlled temperatures. Subsequently the wine partially refines in wood before being assembled and bottled.
It has an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with a broad bouquet, with characteristic hints of red berry fruit. On the palate it is elegant and soft, with a pleasantly mineral finish.
Perfect to accompany pasta and rice based first courses, it is ideal in combination with both white and red meats.
