Description
The Province of Pavia Pinot Nero Pernice di Conte Vistarino was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Rocca de 'Giorgi, in the province of Pavia.
It is produced entirely with Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. After a short cold maceration, fermentation and maturation take place in wood, where the product is enriched with spicy hints and elegance.
It has an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose opens with a large and complex bouquet, with hints of violet and small red fruits, accompanied by notes of roasted coffee and cocoa. In the mouth it is full-bodied and mineral, with a pleasantly long and spicy finish.
Perfect to accompany game and mushroom dishes, this wine is ideal in combination with roasted meats and aged cheeses.
