Description
Prosecco Treviso Nature Le Contesse is produced only from Glera grapes that grow in the province of Treviso at an altitude of 40 meters above sea level.
After a soft pressing and a cold static decantation of the must, it is left to ferment in steel at a controlled temperature of 16-17 °C. Second fermentation takes place in pressurized tank on the noble lees. At the end of the process, no dosage is made to the Prosecco which is capable of representing its territorial origin in a more accurate and detailed way.
The result is a light straw yellow prosecco with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose offers pleasant citrus notes that turn the gaze towards elegant floral sensations. In the mouth it is light-bodied, dry and mineral.
To be served as an aperitif, it goes well with summer salads, fish main courses and fresh cheeses.
