Description

Prosecco Galìe by Astoria is born on hilly terrain at approx. 150 masl and is produced exclusively from Glera grapes.

The manual harvest takes place in September, followed by soft pressing and static decanting of the must. The first fermentation takes place in steel containers at 18 ° C with selected yeasts, followed by first fermentation in pressurized tank for 20-25 days, then 5-10 days on the lees. It rests in the bottle a few weeks before being put on the market.

In the glass the wine is straw yellow, with a persistent perlage. The nose perceives hints of white flowers, pear and citrus notes. The sip is refreshing, with a pleasant and characteristic finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, to try with seafood and pizza.
