Description
The Prosecco Treviso Rosé by Ca' di Rajo is a vintage prosecco in its pink version following the decision of the Prosecco Consortium to allow its production to respond to modern tastes.
It is obtained from native Glera grapes and 10% Pinot Noir grapes. The fermentation of the must obtained by very soft pressing is followed by the second fermentation in pressurized tanks with the long Charmat method for a period of 60 days.
Soft pink colour of sober elegance enlivened by a minute and persistent perlage. The scent evokes notes of pink flowers and fresh berries. On the palate it brings a good structure in a harmonious balance between freshness and flavour.
Excellent aperitif, it offers the best of itself in the company of cheeses and battered vegetables. Try it with a platter of oysters or prawns.
