Description
This Prosecco comes from organically-run Glera vineyards located at an altitude of 40 meters above sea level, in the province of Treviso.
After the soft pressing of the grapes, the free-run must is fermented in steel. The second fermentation takes place in a pressurized tank according to the Martinotti-Charmat sparkling method, which allows to preserve the typical varietal aromas.
In the glass it shows a pale straw yellow colour and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals aromas of Golden apple, Williams pear and peach that intertwine with notes of wisteria and white flowers. The taste is soft and fresh, fine and harmonious.
Excellent to serve as an aperitif or in the company of fish-based dishes.
