Description

The Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore Millesimato by De Stefani is produced with Glera grapes from the areas between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene.

The vineyards are located at an altitude of 250 meters above sea level and are subject to high daily temperature variations which help the grapes to develop a perfect aromatic outfit. After arriving in the cellar, the grapes are pressed and the must cooled before fermentation in a pressurized tank at a controlled temperature.

Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections, it has notes of citrus fruits, white flowers and golden apples. On the palate it is refreshing, creamy and with good tension to release an enveloping and balanced sip.

Perfect as an aperitif, it can be used to celebrate special occasions or eaten throughout the meal.
