Description

Velére is the Prosecco Rosé of Astoria, a reality inextricably linked to the noble art of Prosecco which conceives this version in vintage rose to respond to new trends and modern taste, after the official green light from the Prosecco Consortium.

The result of an accurate blend between the native Glera and the international Pinot Nero vine, it is born from a separate vinification of the two varieties in order to obtain their respective best characteristics, which are joined before the second fermentation which takes place in an autoclave according to the Charmat method with permanence on the lees for at least 60 days.

The color is pale pink, accompanied by a perlage of good finesse and persistence. On the nose it is characterized by a rich and elegant fruity and floral bouquet. The sip is full-bodied and balanced, very pleasant,

Ideal as an aperitif, it is perfect in combination with sashimi, shellfish and vegetarian dishes.
