Description

The Prosecco Rosé Millesimato of the De Stefani company is produced with Glera and Pinot Nero grapes between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene.

The vineyards are located at an altitude of 250 meters above sea level and are subject to high daily temperature variations which help the grapes to develop a perfect aromatic outfit. After arriving in the cellar, the grapes are pressed and the must cooled before fermentation in a pressurized tank at a controlled temperature.

Salmon pink in colour, it has fruity scents that recall wild strawberry, citrus notes, raspberry and violet. On the palate it is dense and creamy, with a good refreshing tension, light body and pleasant persistence.

Ideal for any aperitif, it goes well with cheese-based appetizers, fish-based first courses, scampi and grilled prawns.
