Description

Prosecco Extra Dry Rosé by Mionetto is a blend of Glera and Pinot Nero grapes vinified in red, sparkling according to the Charmat method, with ageing on the lees in pressurized tanks for 60 days. It is part of the Prestige Collection, an elegant and contemporary Prosecco line, with modern and distinctive features. The ubiquitous orange colour is a symbol of passion and vivacity.

It presents itself to the eye with a soft pink colour reminiscent of peach blossoms. The bouquet of aromas on the nose is proposed with hints of red fruits and grapefruit, hinged on notes of honey and bread crust. On the palate it is light-bodied, fresh and balanced.

Ideal to uncork as an aperitif, it goes well with fish-based risotto, finger food and shellfish.
