Description
The Prosecco Cuvée 1821 Brut was born inside the Zonin vineyards, located within one of the most famous wine regions in the world, the DOC Prosecco.
Obtained exclusively from pure Glera grapes, this sparkling wine faithfully follows the method of sparkling wine Charmat or Martinotti, carrying out the re-fermentation in autoclave at controlled temperatures where the second fermentation takes place, to maintain the pressure of about 5 atmospheres.
This Prosecco Brut shows a pale and bright straw yellow color, well supported by a very subtle and fine perlage. The nose is pleasantly intense and aromatic, with notes of wisteria flowers and Renetta apple. In the mouth a captivating acidic vein dominates the scene, accompanied by notes of almond, typical of Glera grapes.
Perfect for the aperitif moment, it goes very well with delicate appetizers.
