Description

The Prosecco Treviso Extra Dry of Mionetto hails from the vineyards of the Venetian company, located within the famous Prosecco Treviso appellation.

This sparkling wine, made exclusively from Glera grapes, is subjected to a soft pressing, before starting the sparkling process following the Charmat method, to best express the typical characteristics of the grape and the product.

Prosecco Treviso Extra Dry is characterized by a straw yellow colour, with creamy and persuasive bubbles. The nose bears fruity notes of acacia and citrus fruits, well surrounded by aromas of honey and almonds. In the mouth it comes fresh and harmonious, with a light body that predisposes its easy drinking.

Perfect for the aperitif moment, this prosecco goes very well with light appetizers and vegetarian dishes. Also interesting at the end of the meal with not extremely sweet pastry.
