Description
This Prosecco DOC Brut is mainly produced from Glera grapes, grown in the regions of Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia, at an altitude of 30-50 meters above sea level, on clayey soils.
The vinification of this sparkling wine follows the long Charmat method, with very soft pressing. This method allows you to preserve the freshness and aromatic characteristics of the vine, guaranteeing a good structure and softness on the palate.
On the nose, the wine reveals a good intensity with particular notes of apple, lemon and grapefruit. On the palate, it has a good structure, soft with emerging fruit, balanced and savory.
This Prosecco is ideal to accompany battered vegetables, cheese and raw fish.
