Description
The Prosecco Rosé of the Elevantum line is produced by the large Valdo winery in the Prosecco DOC area.
It is obtained from Glera grapes, with a small addition of Pinot Noir grapes. The Glera bunches are softly pressed and then fermented, which takes place with temperature control. The Pinot Noir grapes macerate for a day and then are sent for vinification. This is followed by a 3-month sparkling process in a pressurized tank followed by an ageing in bottle of approximately the same duration.
With a bright pale pink colour, this Prosecco offers a floral and fruity bouquet of pear, Golden apple and red fruits. The sip is pleasantly fruity and harmonious.
Ideal to serve as an aperitif and with meat carpaccio.
