The Paladin Prosecco Millesimato Extra Dry comes from the vineyards of the great Venetian company, located in the famous Prosecco DOC.

This sparkling wine is made exclusively from Glera grapes, harvested and carefully selected by hand. It is sparkling from Paladin with a long and slow process, to ensure a fine and soft perlage on the palate.

Straw-yellow in color, this Prosecco offers a marked fruity aroma, with typical and clear notes of apple and pear, with a delicate citrus background aroma. On the palate it is soft and elegant, with a unique flavor and persistence that make it one of the most recognizable and long-lasting labels among its peers.

Perfect for the aperitif moment, it finds excellent companions in fish appetizers, risotto and also with some cured meats such as Parma ham or mortadella.
