The Brut is part of the Casa Sant'Orsola Master C. 27 collection, an exclusive line dedicated to the best restaurants and wine bars, ideal for celebrating any occasion or event.

The sparkling wine is a cuvée of white grapes and is made sparkling by refermentation in an autoclave according to the Charmat method.

Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections and a fine and persistent perlage, the nose is expressed on delicate notes of fruit, while on the palate it is pleasantly dry and fresh.

Perfect both as an aperitif and throughout the meal.
