Description

Villa Loren’s Prosecco Extra Dry is a fresh and lively white sparkling wine, obtained from Glera grapes grown in the Veneto region. The favorable climate and specific cultivation techniques of the area contribute to giving this Prosecco a delicate and characteristic aromatic profile.

The vinification begins with a cold maceration of the destemmed grapes, kept at a controlled temperature of 10-12°C for 5-10 hours, followed by primary fermentation with selected yeasts. The second fermentation takes place in an autoclave according to the Charmat method, maintaining low temperatures to preserve freshness and fragrance. This process guarantees the formation of a fine and persistent foam and preserves the delicate fruity and floral aromas typical of the Glera grape.

In the glass it shows its straw yellow color and fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it releases hints of golden apple, pear and acacia flowers. On the palate it is fresh and light, with a pleasant balanced acidity that makes it harmonious and endowed with a long and pleasant taste persistence.

This sparkling wine is perfect as an aperitif and ideal to accompany moments of celebration, enhancing the pleasure of conviviality.
