Description
Prosecco Cuvée 1821 by Zonin takes its name from the year the winery was founded, highlighting an experience of over two hundred years in the production of wine. This prosecco was born with the idea of obtaining an icon wine of the appellation, offering an all-Italian sparkling experience. Inspired by the Veneto region and its timeless beauty, the bottle design created in collaboration with Pininfarina presents itself with an essential, clean, functional line that leaves its mark.
The 100% Glera grapes are softly pressed. The free-run must is fermented for the most part at a controlled temperature of 18 °C, while a fraction of it is stored at 0 °C until the second fermentation, which takes place in a pressurized tank according to the Charmat method. The result is a prosecco with a recognizable, precise and unique taste.
It comes in the glass with a thin bubble and a light straw yellow colour. The bouquet is characterized by an intense and aromatic scent, with hints of Renetta apple and wisteria flowers. On the palate it is incredibly fresh and lively, enriched by an almond note in the finish.
Ideal to uncork on any occasion, from an aperitif to a meal.
