Description
Prosecco Rosé from Bosco del Merlo is a vintage prosecco that stands as an expression of a territory that is the cradle of one of the most representative denominations of the Italian sparkling wine scene but also as a response to what is the evolution of taste that has gradually established itself over the years .
It is composed of Glera and Pinot Noir grapes vinified in red, constituting the synthesis between the characters of these two varieties. The must obtained by soft pressing of the grapes ferments at a low temperature. The subsequent second fermentation takes place in steel autoclave according to the Charmat method for a period of at least 60 days.
It is presented in the glass with a pale pink color and with a subtle and persistent perlage. The nose opens on fresh and floral aromas. The sip is fresh and satisfying, savory and full-bodied, with a long final persistence.
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with fish-based first courses, tuna and salmon sashimi, as well as a mix of grilled vegetables.
